Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your conversion or parts purchase. The following sets out when returns and cancellations are accepted.
Fitted conversions
Once installation has begun, a conversion cannot be returned. Booking deposits are non-refundable, but workshop dates can be moved once with at least 14 days’ notice.
Unfitted parts & accessories
Unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Please contact us first so we can issue a return reference.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, contact info@t29customs.ukwithin 48 hours of receipt with photos and your order number.
