Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing a deposit or confirming a booking with T29 Customs you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

2. Orders & deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your workshop slot. The remaining balance is due on collection.

3. Quotations

Online configurator quotes are valid for 30 days and assume the vehicle is presented in roadworthy, rust-free condition. Additional work identified on inspection will be quoted separately and approved by you before commencing.

4. Lead times

Workshop dates are confirmed in writing. We work hard to honour them but cannot be held liable for delays caused by parts availability or supplier delivery.

5. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work undertaken. We do not accept liability for consequential losses such as missed trips or hire-vehicle costs.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
